This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle high call volumes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle high-volume **inbound and outbound calls** with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide clear information on services, pricing, processes, and timelines.
- Document accurate and detailed customer information into internal systems.
- Coordinate **in-home assessments** and communicate next steps.
**Requirements**:

Advanced English** (spoken and written)
- Minimum **1 year of customer service experience** (any industry).
