Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Hybrid Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Coahuila

As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing business models, designing efficient processes, and delivering innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your expertise will help organizations optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM projects

- Evaluate current business models and define future state solutions aligned with technology

- Lead workshops with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements

- Develop detailed process maps and workflows

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business and technical alignment

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations

- Train and support end-users to facilitate adoption and ensure solution effectiveness

- Make key decisions, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to strategic outcomes

Must-Have Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.





- 5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).

- 5+ years of experience working within an CRM team.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Proven ability to develop, customize, and implement D365 F&O; solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles

- Expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional

- Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional and Technical)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- English proficiency at an advanced level

- Must be a team player, proactive, responsible, and highly committed

Location & Schedule:

- Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.

- Remote work from Guadalajara.

- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

- Advanced English skills are mandatory

- Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
