Pre-Sales EngineerOverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-facing presentations during the sales cycle.
This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clients understand the value and capabilities of our products and services.Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Design and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and compelling solutions.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Provide technical support during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks, technical gaps, and implementation considerations early in the sales process.
- Support pricing discussions and scope definition when needed.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.




- 3–7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions (Cloud, ERP, CRM, Infrastructure, SaaS, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience preparing technical proposals and participating in bid processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery teams.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise software companies.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or similar ecosystems.
- Familiarity with solution architecture and implementation methodologies.
