**Position: Sales Clerk**
Work Schedule: 7:00 am-4:30 pm
Reports To: Alex Vega - Sales Supervisor
Location/Division New Millennium Building Systems - Juarez MX

Pay Grade/Pay Rate: Hourly - Commensurate with performance & experience
Brief Description:
Responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering & storing data for quotes & orders.
Works closely with all departments, DSM's, customers & other plant locations.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
▪ Includes, but is not limited to the following:
▪ Work with Excel, Word, PDF Software & NMBS OIS & JEDI systems
▪ Data entry and importing for preparing quotes & setting up new orders.
▪ Electronic filing & organization of quotes and project files
**Required**
▪ Good computer skills
▪ Good communication skills - both written & verbal in English
▪ Strong math skills
▪ Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
▪ Organized with the ability to multi-task
▪ Self-motivated & results driven
**Preferred**
▪ Minimum of a 2-year degree or 2-year office related work
