Working together with production, process team and supplier quality to ensure a high quality product and customer satisfaction.
It must comply and ensure that the organization's KPIs are within the goal, Warrantees and Failure Cost.
Experienced engineer, capable to lead, solve complex problems and capable to deal with top management.Responsibilities:Approx.
Time Spent %Define, control and place strategies to ensure plant KPIs are within the goal: Warranties and Failure cost.
(A3, 5W, 8D, Kaizen)40% per dayReview, create and maintain Control Plans, due changes in product/process or new product development.




Work with production and process team to review, create and maintain PFMEA.30% per dayEnsure the performance of internal, step and process audits (Internal Quality Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Inspection process audits (DA).20% per dayWork on Root Cause analysis on Customer Complaints, Non conformances in external audits (ISO or Certifications); develop action plans, implement and monitor effectiveness.
