Typically looked to as a subject matter expert to help resolve problems.Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve manager and associate issuesResolve manager and associate issues by acting as a coach and providing guidanceHelp people leaders associates, and business leaders reconcile conflicts and disputesEnsure all associates have an objective and knowledgeable resource at their disposal towork through challenging employment, performance and policy issuesPartner with other departments such as Legal, Benefits, Office of Corporate Investigationsand Security Operations ensure legal and regulatory compliance while identifying solutionsInvestigate and resolve formal employment complaints including harassment, discrimination,wrongful termination,



etc.Review departmental case data to identify trends and recommend action plans for businessunits to implementPartner with the line of business HR Business Partners to enhance people leader capabilitiesReview policies and procedures that support the associate experienceAct as role model and champion for Capital One valuesParticipate in internal projects that improve processes that require partnership with crossfunctional teams and integrative problem-solving skillsKnowledge of employment law and employment practicesWe recognize that many life paths can contribute to interest in this role.
