Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data Cloud Location: Mexico City (Hybrid 1 or 2 days per week or month)Type: Full-timeRole SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC.
The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning solution design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions .
Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation.Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows .
Own delivery across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, deployment, and production support.Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices,



security, and performance standards.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Core Platform .
Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.Experience as a Technical Lead, including design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.Comfortable working in Agile delivery models .
