We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Monterrey office.
This role is designed for entry-level professionals- whether recent graduates or candidates with some experience- who are motivated by sales, confident on the phone, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCold Calling Prospects in the U.S. to introduce staffing and professional services.Lead Qualification:
Identify genuine opportunities and filter out non-relevant contactsCRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospects and senior team members.RequirementsComfortable with phone-based sales and persuasive communication.Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
