IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Huawei Technologies de México is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the recruitment of IT professionals, particularly Infrastructure profiles, ensuring an efficient and well-aligned hiring process.

Key Job Functions

- IT Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Source, attract, and recruit IT professionals according to business needs, with a focus on Infrastructure profiles.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct candidate screening and interviews, evaluating experience and fit against position requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing through hiring, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably recruiting Infrastructure profiles such as Networks, Systems, Cloud, Data Center,



or related technologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT roles and technical profiles, particularly within Infrastructure.
- Language: Advanced / Fluent English proficiency.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, organization, proactivity, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Experience with recruitment platforms, professional networks, candidate databases, and Microsoft Office.

Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX (We have transportation services in some points)
