We are looking for a Senior Field Service Representative with extensive experience in industrial turbomachinery to support installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and outage activities at customer sites.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing position for an experienced Field Service professional who can work independently and make technical decisions in the field.

What You Will Do

- Lead and support installation and commissioning of industrial turbomachinery.
- Execute Dry & Wet Commissioning, Functional Testing, Loop Checks and SAT.
- Support equipment startup and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control-system issues.
- Support gas turbines, rotating equipment, gas compression and power generation systems.
- Coordinate technical activities directly with customer teams.
- Prepare technical service reports and documentation.
- Participate in planned outages, emergency interventions, and international projects.




- Provide remote technical support when required.
- Represent the organization directly in front of customers.

What We're Looking For

- 14+ years of Field Service experience.
- 10+ years of experience in turbomachinery commissioning and startup.
- Strong experience troubleshooting gas turbines and auxiliary systems.
- Experience with installation and service of rotating equipment.
- Experience in Power Generation and/or Gas Compression.
- Previous experience with a turbomachinery.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid passport required for international assignments..
