Specialist Accounts Receivable

Main responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable by processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable management through payment reconciliation, invoice processing, customer follow-up, and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate accounts receivable operations by overseeing invoices, payment collection, account reconciliation, and customer billing issue resolution.
- Administer customer factoring programs, including the preparation, validation, and monitoring of factored receivables, coordination with financial institutions, and resolution of factoring-related discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary contact for U.S.-based customers regarding payment status, collection activities, account reconciliations, chargebacks, deductions, and outstanding receivables.
- Support month-end financial activities and reporting by maintaining accurate receivable records, analyzing aged receivables, and ensuring proper payment posting.
- Collaborate with logistics and quality teams to resolve customer chargebacks, deductions, and other payment-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze aged receivables by identifying outstanding balances, following up on overdue payments, and supporting timely collection efforts.
- Partner with U.S. finance, customer service, sales, and treasury teams to support cash flow objectives, customer account management,



and timely dispute resolution.
- Generate and maintain monthly accounts receivable reports and financial statements to provide accurate visibility of customer balances and payment status.
- Support cash flow optimization initiatives through proactive collection efforts, customer relationship management, and participation in receivables financing and factoring processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Upper Intermediate English (B2 level or higher).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with Accounts Receivable responsibilities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP, specifically the CO module.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial and budgetary information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a result-oriented, structured, and independent work approach.
- Experience with accounts receivable factoring programs, customer collections, and receivables financing processes is preferred.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
- Knowledge of customer chargeback, deduction, and dispute management processes within the automotive manufacturing industry is considered an asset.
