HR Labor Relations Specialist
Experience and knowledge
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or industrial relations.
· Deep knowledge of local and national labor laws.
· Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
· High discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
· B2 English at least 85% (conversational level)
Essential duties and responsibilities
· Lead contract negotiations and draft bargaining proposals.
· Investigate and process worker grievances.
· Advise management on labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
· Ensure company policies align with union contracts.
· Mediate disputes to prevent strikes or legal action
· Present daily issues to top management and present corrective actions for those issues.
