Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead with a proven track record in the design, development, maintenance, and operation of scalable, high-performance serverless framework technology platforms, incorporating RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations, primarily utilizing Java Script Frameworks and Libraries, and Salesforce.

This is a hands-on technical leadership position which includes developing full-stack technologies while managing, leading, and developing an international engineering team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Leads, directs, and manages the Engineering Team including its strategic, tactical, and operational activities.

Coordinates, leads, and actively participates throughout the entire lifecycle of all Engineering projects, including technical requirements gathering, resource allocation, design and documentation, scheduling, development, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.

Collaborates closely and regularly with the other teams, including Project Management, Data and Quality, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, and Customer Service.
Designs, develops, and maintains core technology strategy, architecture, and code, and leads other engineers by example.

Helps develop, maintain, and enforce the company’s software development tools and standards,



and conducts design and code reviews on a regular basis to improve quality and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

10+ years of experience in software development, specifically with full stack web application development in Java Script, Typescript, and Serverless Framework.
Solid experience programming in Java Script, Type Script, and Node.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and implement effective change management.
Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to give and receive feedback in a startup environment.

Ability to discuss and explain system architecture and component design.

Bonus Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development and Integration

Experience with Loan Management Systems or Financial System Development and Integration
