This role requires extensive hands/u2011on experience in RF measurements, strong software development capabilities, and the ability to architect robust test methodologies./n/nKey Responsibilities/n/n/- Lead the development of advanced bench/u2011level test plans for RF, mixed/u2011signal./n/n/- Implement automated test using C#, Lab View, Python./n/n/- Perform complex RF characterization including EVM, ACLR, Gain, Noise Figure, IP3, Phase Noise, and S/u2011parameters./n/n/- Set up and operate RF equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters./n/n/- Lead debug efforts for test failures, instrumentation issues, and RF board problems./n/n/- Develop advanced data analysis tools and automated result processing scripts./n/n/- Collaborate with RF Design, Validation, and Product Engineering teams./n/nMinimum Qualifications/n/n/- Bachelor/u2019s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field./n/n/- 5+ years of hands/u2011on RF and bench testing experience./n/n/- Expertise on test automation./n/n/- Strong understanding of RF measurement science./n/n/- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts,



and system/u2011level hardware documents./n/nPreferred Qualifications/n/n/- Master/u0027s degree in RF, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline./n/n/- 5+ years in RF bench testing or validation./n/n/- Experience with SCPI, VISA, and automated instrument control./n/n/- Familiarity with LTE, 5G NR, GSM/EDGE, WCDMA, WLAN, Bluetooth, and GPS standards./n/n/- Knowledge of RF PCB design basics./n/nPhysical Requirements/n/n/- Ability to work at a test bench for extended periods./n/n/- Ability to lift and install lab equipment up to 5 lbs./n/n/- Ability to move between labs and offices as needed./n/nMinimum Qualifications:/n/n/u2022 Bachelor/u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
