What You'll DoParticipate in an intensive 8–10 week onsite training program in Guadalajara. Learn the technical and functional responsibilities of a Technical Analyst, with a focus on C++ and business applications. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be deployed as a full-time Technical Analyst with our client. Compensation & Benefits Training Period: MXN $2,000 per week stipend. Post Training: MXN $18,000 gross per month plus employee benefits. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) after completing the training.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of or hands-on experience with C++ and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Strong English communication skills (professional level). Willingness to learn and grow in a Technical Analyst role. Able to attend onsite training in Guadalajara for 8–10 weeks.
