Responsibilities:- Schedule maritime and air collections in Asia, Europe, and the United States according to INCOTERMS.- Track the transit of collections, ensuring customs clearance and transportation.- Manage an import shipment delivery calendar.- Optimize transit times and costs for air and sea freight.- Verify the correct HTS materials (import/export) and required documents for authorities.- Knowledge of international trade agreements to ensure these are leveraged for imports, avoiding unnecessary taxes.- Follow up on exports according to the scheduled shipments by the plant, ensuring collections are scheduled, sending documents to the customs broker, and ensuring material delivery to the agreed destination.- Maintain punctuality of all import/export data and reports to mitigate future risks.- Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.Your profile:- Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics, Administration or similar.- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within customs and/or traffic.- English
