The role ensures the right product is produced, at the right time, in the right quantity, while balancing customer service, inventory targets, capacity constraints, and cost.This role is a key connector between SIOP plans and shop floor execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, maintain, and publish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on the approved SIOP/IBP plan.Convert demand signals (customer orders, forecasts) into time phased production plans at SKU / family level.Ensure schedule feasibility considering capacity, material availability, labor, tooling, and constraints.Sequence production orders to optimize throughput, changeovers, and asset utilization.Validate available vs. required capacity (machines, labor, shifts).Identify bottlenecks and overloads and propose mitigation actions (re sequencing, overtime, subcontracting,
