Job Descriptions:

UKG Functional Expert

- Provide comprehensive configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications.

- Module Expertise (Highly recommended) - Timekeeping, Accruals and Attendance

- Collaborate with business users and the vendor team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.

- Develop functional specifications for Kronos configuration changes, and coordinate testing for new functionalities, ensuring smooth integration with other systems like Oracle, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Strada etc.

- Closely work with HR, Payroll, Leaves, Benefits, time admins & integrations teams to develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to UGK Pro WFM functionality to improve consistency and efficiency across the organization.

- Create Dataviews and execute SQL queries against Oracle/MS SQL databases to troubleshoot issues, develop metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports.

- Maintain, Troubleshoot issues and Support all existing Bhoomi integrations.

- Configure and provide support for Kronos In-Touch and In-touch DX clocks, ensuring their accurate and efficient operation.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes by identifying potential enhancements and aligning them with business needs.





- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG (Kronos) related inquiries, providing business users with expert advice on system software and applications.

UKG Technical Expert

- Provide comprehensive configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications.

- Boomi Professional Certified Resource

- Provide comprehensive Techno-Functional Expertise and ongoing support for UKG Pro WFM applications.

- Design, develop, and manage Boomi Integrations for system integrations on UKG and manage existing Boomi integrations

- Develop Technical specifications for UKG changes, and coordinate testing for new functionalities, ensuring smooth integration with other systems like Oracle, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Strada etc.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes by identifying potential enhancements and aligning them with business needs.
