Take warm inbound calls from U.S. consumers who are actively looking for help consolidating their debt. Your job is to consult, build trust, and close. If you are driven, professional, and hungry to earn, this is your seat.

- Base Salary: $17,000 MXN/month net (tax-free) + Hiring bonus $2,000 extra first 4 months
- Commission: $500 MXN per sale - no cap, no ceiling
- OTE at 30 sales: ~$32,000 MXN | At 40 sales: ~$37,000 MXN
- Location: On-site - Av. Americas 1250, Guadalajara | WFH eligible after 6 months
- Schedule: 5 days per week | Shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM | May include weekends
- Start Date: Ongoing hiring
