About the Role

We are looking for a Painting Estimator to join our team. This is an entry-level position (no prior estimating experience is required), as we will provide full training. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to think logically and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing estimates for commercial and industrial painting projects.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and help calculate material and labor needs.
- Gather vendor pricing and assist with proposal preparation.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Communicate with team members to clarify project details as needed.
- Support senior estimators with day-to-day tasks during training.

Requirements

- English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and project specifications.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.




- Good attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PDF markup tools, Outlook).
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.

Working Hours

- 8:00am - 5:00pm (Mexico CST)
- With 1 hour lunch break at 11:00am

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with takeoff software.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
