We are looking for an IT professional with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, and network administration to help ensure the organization’s technology operates efficiently and reliably.

- Salary: up to $30,000 MXN per month
- Food vouchers: $2,000 MXN monthly
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- P° de la Reforma, Juárez, Mexico City
- Advanced English REQUIRED

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT technical support and technology infrastructure management.
- Experience with the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in network administration, connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with data backups and information recovery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, OneDrive,



and Office Suite.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WILL BE A PLUS:

- IT support for multiple locations.
- CCTV and video wall systems.
- DNS and hosting administration.
- Network monitoring tools.
