What You'll Bring

Required

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in hospital operations, patient access, registration, admissions, health information management, healthcare IT, or a related environment.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Experience with ticketing, support, registration, case management, or healthcare information systems.
- Understanding of patient registration and/or hospital workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive patient information.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to Have

- Epic experience or certification.
- Grand Central or Prelude experience.
- EHR/EMR experience.
- Experience with ADT workflows.
- U.S. healthcare experience.
- Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, eligibility, or patient identity management.
- Health Information Management experience.
- Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
- Experience with MEDITECH, McKesson, Lawson, Imprivata and healthcare front-desk workflows.

What You'll Do

- Support and analyze patient registration, admission, discharge, transfer, and hospital operations workflows within Epic.
- Support system requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Grand Central and Prelude.
- Assist with the analysis, configuration,



testing, and validation of application changes.
- Work with healthcare organizations to understand patient access, registration, and hospital operational requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Support workflows related to patient demographics, registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, patient location, insurance, coverage, guarantor information, and patient identity.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with registration staff, patient access teams, hospital operations, HIM teams, clinical departments, and technical stakeholders supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
- Help ensure that patient and encounter information is accurate, complete, and available across the appropriate hospital workflows.
- Support initiatives focused on registration accuracy, patient flow, operational efficiency, and workflow optimization.
