What You'll Bring
Required
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, clinical operations, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, healthcare IT, or a related environment.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Experience with ticketing, support, clinical, or healthcare information systems.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and/or order management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex clinical information.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
Nice to Have
- Epic experience or certification.
- Epic Orders experience.
- EHR/EMR experience.
- Experience with CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry).
- Clinical informatics experience.
- U.S. healthcare experience.
- Experience with clinical orders, order sets, or healthcare workflows.
- Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
What You'll Do
- Support and analyze clinical ordering workflows within Epic.
- Support system requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Orders.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
- Work with clinical and operational teams to understand ordering requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Support workflows related to medication orders, laboratory orders, imaging orders, procedures, referrals, nursing orders, and other clinical orders.
- Assist with the analysis and maintenance of order sets and clinical decision-support workflows.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory teams, radiology teams, clinical informatics staff, and technical stakeholders supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
- Help ensure that clinical ordering workflows are accurate, efficient, standardized, and aligned with clinical and organizational requirements.
- Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, order management, clinical efficiency, and patient safety.
