NOW HIRING: Junior Pipeline Rep — Remote Staffing

Remote | Full-Time | Latin America

Yuva Virtual places trained virtual assistants inside US businesses — front desk, admin, billing, executive support, customer follow-up. We work across sectors, and our deepest specialization is medical: clinics and private practices across the United States. That's where most of your calls will be.

You own our pipeline. Every lead in our CRM is yours to work — fresh inbound, live conversations, deals that stalled, no-shows that need rebooking, and older leads that went quiet. On top of that, there's a much bigger market that's never heard of us at all.

Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: get them onto our closer's calendar.

You will not be running the sales calls — not at first. You book them. Our closer runs them. We're saying that plainly on purpose, because the ladder out of it is printed below with real numbers.

What you'll do every day

Work every stage of our GoHighLevel pipeline — call, text, and email new inbound leads, active opportunities, stalled deals, no-shows, and leads that went quiet (mostly clinics and private practices)

- Make sure nothing stalls. If a lead has been sitting untouched, that's on you.
- Prospect net-new. Cold calls, cold email, and DMs to businesses that have never heard of us. This isn't filler for slow days — it's the second door to the same number, and you'll spend real hours here.
- Book qualified discovery calls onto our closer's calendar
- Use our qualification checklist so the calls you book are real, not filler
- Follow up on a fixed cadence — nothing sits untouched
- Keep the CRM spotless: every lead has a stage, a note, and a next action with a date
- Write a short brief on every prospect before their call so the closer walks in prepared
- Sit in on discovery calls and take notes — this is how you learn the sale

One number defines your week: qualified discovery calls held. Not dials. Not conversations.

Calls that happened and were worth having. Warm database or ice-cold prospect — we don't care where the call came from, only that it happened and it was real.

Where this goes. This is a starting seat, not a ceiling. Reps who consistently hit their call numbers and demonstrate they can run a conversation move up into running their own sales calls, at senior pay. We'll walk you through exactly what that path looks like on the interview.

Who this is for

- You've done real outbound — cold calls, cold DMs, cold email — and you don't dread the phone
- Your spoken English is clear and easy for a 62-year-old clinic owner in Ohio to follow on the first pass, over a phone line
- You're organized. Nothing falls out of your CRM.
- You want to become a closer and you're willing to earn it in the trenches first
- You can be measured on one public number every week without falling apart

Who this is not for

- Anyone who wants warm leads handed to them
- Anyone who needs reminding to follow up
- Anyone who wants to run sales calls on day one — that's not this seat

Big advantages (not required)

- You've worked at a virtual assistant, staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment company in any role — including as a VA. If you've supported a US business remotely and you want to move into sales, we especially want to talk to you. You already understand our product better than most salespeople ever will.
- Healthcare or medical background — clinics are our specialty and this is our single biggest advantage to have
- You've sold to US small business owners in any industry

- GoHighLevel experience

Compensation

- $6–$8/hour, based on experience — 40 hrs/week
- $10 for every call you book that is held and passes our qualification checklist (no-shows don't count; unqualified prospects don't count)

Requirements

- Based in Latin America
- Schedule: 10:00am – 8:00pm US Eastern, Monday–Friday, with a 2-hour midday break. That's 8 working hours a day, 40 per week. You need to be genuinely available across that window — this shift exists so we can reach owners on both US coasts.
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, working headset

How to apply

Email: [email protected]

Subject: Junior Pipeline Rep — [Your Country]

Send three things. Missing any one of them and we don't review the application.

1. Your CV

2. Three short written answers

A few sentences each. Specifics beat polish.

- What outbound work have you done? Roughly how many calls, DMs, or emails per day — and what were you trying to get people to do?
- Tell us about one time you got a hard-to-reach person to respond. What did you actually do?
- What CRM have you used, and what did you personally do in it every day?

3. A voice recording

Vocaroo (vocaroo.com) or similar. 90 seconds max. One take — no script, no editing.

* 0:00–0:20 — Your name, where you're based, what you do now.

* 0:20–1:00 — Role-play: You're calling a clinic owner who asked us for information three weeks ago and never replied. She doesn't pick up. Leave the voicemail you would actually leave.

* 1:00–1:30 — Role-play: She calls back and says, "Sorry, I'm slammed — now's not a good time." Respond exactly as you would live.

We hire on how you sound and think under pressure. The recording is the application — the CV just gets it opened.

We reply to every applicant who sends all three.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $102.00 - $136.00 per hour
