Position Overview

We are looking for an Expedited CSR to join our Operations team. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring urgent, time-sensitive, and expedited shipments, ensuring that each transportation movement is executed efficiently and according to customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to make quick decisions and solve operational issues under pressure. Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate urgent and expedited transportation shipments.

Monitor shipments from dispatch through final delivery.

Coordinate drivers and equipment to meet loading and delivery appointments.

Maintain constant communication with customers, drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

Monitor shipment status and proactively identify potential delays or operational issues.

Respond quickly to operational incidents and coordinate solutions.

Provide customers with timely updates regarding shipment status.

Coordinate changes involving routes, equipment, drivers, or delivery instructions when required.

Track loading, transit, and delivery times.

Prepare and follow up on operational reports with customers and loading/unloading facilities.

Update shipment information in transportation and tracking systems.

Escalate critical issues that may affect service levels or delivery commitments.





Ensure clear and timely communication throughout critical transportation operations.

Candidate Profile

Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, traffic, tracking, or operations coordination.

Experience coordinating 5th-wheel trucks and preferably 53-ft dry van equipment.

Experience with expedited, urgent, or time-sensitive shipments is highly preferred.

Fluent English is mandatory – the candidate must be able to communicate confidently with customers and operational teams in English.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

High sense of urgency and customer-service orientation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple shipments simultaneously.

Proficiency with transportation, tracking, or logistics software.

Availability to work rotating shifts, including different schedules according to operational requirements.

Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week, according to the assigned shift.
