Job Description
Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems,
manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the
technical support engineer has the following responsibilities:
To contribute to corporate goals by ensuring technical dominance monitoring production lines, ensuring airworthiness regulations
compliance and flawless production through Engineering dispositions with a cost reduction mindset and improving Retex collection &
feedback to the industrialization team.
Job Requirements
- Analysis and interpretation of technical information
- Manufacturing and special processes knowledge
- Interpretation of geometric tolerances (GD&T;)
- MRO repairs & production support experience
- Quality management system and tools (PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA)
- Troubleshooting tools (8D, 5WH, RPO, etc)
- Continuous improvement tools (Lean -Six Sigma, QRQC, AGILE, PDCA, A3, etc)
- Engine performance general knowledge
- Project planning
