We are hiring an IT Support Junior to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical foundation who enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and learning new systems.

You will provide day-to-day technical support, help resolve hardware and software issues, assist with network troubleshooting, and keep accurate records of incidents and solutions.

This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot basic network, internet, and connectivity problems
- Help install, configure, and maintain computers and other IT equipment
- Document and follow up on technical support requests
- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment
- Assist with software and operating system updates
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
- Keep records of incidents, solutions, and support procedures
- Prepare basic reports on technical support activities
- Help create and update user guides and technical documentation
- Provide friendly and professional support to employees

What We Need

- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networks
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role
- Intermediate English, spoken and written
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Team player with a positive attitude




- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Available to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara
- Availability to work rotating Saturdays
