SAP Functional Lead Supply Chain.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead – Supply Chain to lead design, implementation, and support of SAP supply chain processes across our ECC and MDG S/4HANA landscape. This role will drive functional ownership for key modules such as MM, WM/EWM, SD, and PP integration points while operating in a near-shore.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead functional design and solution delivery across Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Production Planning and Order Fulfillment.

· Own end-to-end process design from Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Production Planning, Warehouse Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration points.

· Drive standardization and optimization of SAP supply chain processes across business units.

· Review and approve functional specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

· Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

· Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution blueprinting.

· Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and audit/compliance requirements.

· Support business transformation initiatives, including process harmonization.

· Configure and support SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and cross-functional integrations.

· Ensure seamless integration with Finance (FICO), Manufacturing (PP), and external systems (TMS, WMS, 3PLs).

· Collaborate with ABAP, Security and integration teams to deliver enhancements and interfaces.

· Support transformation initiatives including process redesign and system conversion.





· Lead functional readiness activities, including testing, data validation, and business adoption.

· Enable adoption of modern SAP capabilities (Fiori, analytics, automation. Lead nearshore functional team members and coordinate with offshore/onshore resources.

· Ensure adherence to SAP change management, CAB processes, and transport governance.

· Drive project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Ø Minimum of 8–10 years of SAP functional experience in Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP WM/EWM).

Ø Proven experience as a Functional Lead in general SAP implementations or support models.

Ø Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integrations.

Ø Experience working in a near-shore delivery model aligned with US time zones.

Ø Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Ø Experience with S/4HANA Supply Chain capabilities.

Ø Knowledge of 3PL, TMS, and warehouse automation integrations.

Ø Exposure to SAP Fiori and analytics/reporting tools.

Ø Familiarity with ITIL processes and SAP change management frameworks.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $99,000.00 per hour
