Corporate Treasury Specialist
Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX
Work Model: Hybrid
About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Treasury Specialist t to join our Treasury team. This position serves as a key operational partner to the Treasury Manager and plays a critical role in managing liquidity, cash operations, banking relationships, foreign exchange activities, and treasury controls across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who enjoys hands-on treasury operations within a multinational environment and is looking to expand regional exposure and strategic responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity activities across assigned LATAM entities.
- Prepare short and mid-term cash flow forecasts and support working capital planning.
- Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions, including FX spot and forward operations.
- Support intercompany transactions, including loans, dividends, royalties, and capital contributions.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and oversee banking services and account administration.
- Review and approve treasury payments while ensuring compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Support treasury reporting, cash visibility initiatives, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in treasury transformation, automation, ERP, and Treasury Management System (TMS) initiatives.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and regional stakeholders to improve treasury operations and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
- Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Exposure to FX transactions and treasury operations within a multinational environment.
- Experience working with banking platforms and managing banking relationships.
- Knowledge of treasury controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, FIS Quantum, Trax or similar) is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus.
- Advanced English communication skills.
