Contract
Type of contract: Full-time / Permanent.
Business Group: Exteriors Plant San Luis Potosí / Industrial Engineering.
Scope: Local position with strong cross-functional interaction across Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Customer teams.

Responsibilities
Approve direct labor requirements.
Manage engineering changes.
Support new program launches.
Conduct time and motion studies for new processes and when process changes occur.
Update SAP work content for labor efficiency calculations.
Develop and implement line balancing activities to exceed customer expectations and reduce non-value-added activities.
Implement, update, and maintain process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Standardized Work Instructions, Visual Aids, and related documentation.
Develop plant and process layouts using AutoCAD software.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Value-Added / Non-Value-Added analysis.




Define and establish the optimal production process flow.
Design ergonomic material racks that meet process requirements.
Develop and implement procedures in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams.
Develop, implement, and monitor Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement ideas and suggestions related to Quality, Process Improvement, Safety, and Environmental Management.
Provide support in resolving daily issues reported in production processes and support areas.
Actively participate in initiatives related to the Integrated Management System and support the closure of nonconformities as required.
Review and maintain customer portals.
Participate in the development of new programs.
Perform plant capacity calculations.
Specific Duties
