Requirements:

- 70% to 90% English proficiency
- 70% to 90% German proficiency
- High-speed internet connection
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work full-time shift

Equipment Requirements:

- Computer: Intel Core i5 (8th gen or higher) or Ryzen 5 (3000 series+), minimum 4 cores/8 threads, 8–16 GB RAM, and 256 GB+ SSD
- Connectivity: Ethernet cable required (no VPN, no WiFi)
- Audio: Wired headphones with boom microphone, unidirectional and noise‑canceling (no wireless, no earbuds, no speakers)
- Restrictions: No storing company information, no recordings, screenshots, or built‑in translation tools
