Internal Auditor/Continuous Improvement Specialist (100% remote)

Location: Remote

Type: Full Time

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST (Los Angeles Time). Break 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm PST.

Hourly Rate: USD$5.00 to USD$6.00 (depending on experience).

About the Position.

We are looking for an organized and professional Continuous Improvement Specialist who will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvements throughout the organization. Reporting to the Operations & Compliance Leader, this role will work collaboratively with department managers and staff to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, and achieving strategic goals. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.





This is an opportunity to work remotely 8 hours per day + lunch break. You must have a computer, high speed internet and an area to work free of background noise.

Responsibilities.

· Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support to staff, aligning with the core values and strategies of the company.

· Develop, implement, and manage operational policies, procedures, and KPIs by department to meet organizational goals.

· Identify areas of opportunity across processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and analyze current processes, identifying areas for improvement.

· Conduct internal operational audits and create remediation plans to address findings.

· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain effective communications with the leadership team.

· Lead and support grant-related activities related to day-to-day operations.

· Assist in creating, editing, and finalizing policies and procedures.

· Deliver training and mentorship in process improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Lean, Kaizen, and more.

· Complete administrative projects, including document creation, database management, and email organization.





· Support Quality Assurance initiatives and compliance with ISO standards.

· Participate in achieving company objectives and goals related to the QA management system.

Qualifications.

· Associate or bachelor's degree.

· Demonstrate an outstanding level of fluency in English (written and spoken).

· 2+ years of experience in a similar related role.

· Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google).

· Be able to start immediately or as soon as possible.

· Intel i5 or similar.

· 500MB Hard Drive or higher.

· 6GB RAM (8GB is preferred).

Internet requirements.

· 25mb download or above.

Equipment Requirements.

· Ergonomic Arm Rest.

· Large Monitor or Second Monitor.

· Ergonomic Chair.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84.70 - $101.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
