Your tasks:

- Accountable for personnel work for the location
- Arranging and implementing disciplinary measures and representing the company in laborcourt proceedings
- Operational advice to Managing Director on all personnel issues and on currentdevelopments and trends as well as on deviations from objectives
- Steering and implementing occupational health management
- Applying the overall People Management Group Strategy at the location
- Implementing the specified and developed strategic goals in alignment with CPMO andEntrepreneur
- Provision of personnel planning key figures for all managers and regular reporting
- Regular communication/exchange rounds across the functions of Brose Sitech in Palmelato establish a uniform understanding of Human Resources processes
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall businessstrategy
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Training and Development:



Design and oversee training programs to enhance employeeskills

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a comparablequalification
- Min. 5 years of professional experience preferably within a manufacturing or automotiveenvironment
- Proven experience in leading HR initiatives and managing teams in a plant or productionsetting
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, workforce planning, performancemanagement, and employee relations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS Systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict- resolution skills
- Experience supporting employee engagement, organizational change, and culture building initiatives
