Real Estate License and experience is NOT required, but sales experience is a requirement.

Estimated annual compensation:

Salary + Commission = MX$732,000 - MX$915,000

Responsibilities:

- Fast, reliable internet connection & computer
- Mastery of the English language, excellent written communication skills

· Reach out and get contracts from land owners that want to sell their property.

· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts and more.

· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.

· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

· Must be motivated to follow up with leads and close deals

· Must be a team player.

· Love helping people and great at building rapport.

· Excellent verbal and written skills.

· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
