This is more than just making cold calls. You'll connect with businesses, build relationships, identify opportunities, and help generate qualified leads for our sales team.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

$4.50 USD/hour + $200–$300+ MONTHLY UNCAPPED COMMISSION

The better you perform, the more you can earn!

There is NO COMMISSION CAP, giving high-performing team members the opportunity to increase their monthly income.

MANDATORY 3-DAY PROCESS CERTIFICATION

Before being assigned to a client, all candidates must successfully complete a mandatory 3-day process certification period.

This certification is designed to ensure you are fully prepared and understand our calling process, expectations, systems, and client requirements.

Upon successful completion of the 3-day certification, you will be immediately assigned to your client and officially begin your paid position.

Please note: Client assignment and paid employment begin only after successfully completing the required certification process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Identify and qualify high-quality prospects
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport and develop relationships with prospects




- Follow up with potential clients
- Keep accurate notes and activity records in our CRM
- Work toward and exceed weekly and monthly lead-generation goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, or sales (2+ years preferred)
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident handling objections and speaking with business owners/decision-makers
- Persuasive, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Self-motivated and driven by goals
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Experienced with CRM or lead-management tools is a plus
