What You'll Do

- Partner directly with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to define and execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Analyze performance across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.
- Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance frameworks to monitor business health and strategic priorities.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Challenge the status quo by proposing innovative solutions and strategic recommendations backed by data.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and monitor the execution of key business initiatives from idea to impact.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or a similar strategic role.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.
- Proven ability to build business cases, influence decisions, and drive strategic initiatives through data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

$50,000 - $65,000 a month
