EKO Bootcamp is Casablanca's leading premium fitness studio: a 1,000 m² immersive space blending performance, music, and community, serving a discerning high-end clientele. We are pioneers and we are looking for an internationally minded coaching talent ready to build something remarkable with us.

Location

Casablanca, Morocco. On-site role with full relocation support: visa, work authorization, and settling in.

What You'll Do

Teach Megareformer classes, our signature reformer Pilates universe. Lead dynamic group sessions across our other disciplines: cycling, bootcamp, and strength training. Deliver a flawless client experience through energy, presence, and personalized guidance. Become a face of the EKO community, on the floor and beyond.

What We're Looking For

Pilates certification required (reformer / Lagree strongly preferred).



3 to 5 years of experience as a group coach. Strong technical command of the reformer and the ability to lead high-intensity group formats. Excellent presence, charisma, and client relationships for a premium clientele. Fluent English required. French is a strong plus. Willing to relocate to Casablanca.

Compensation & Lifestyle

Competitive package starting from $1,500 USD monthly, up to $2,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus. This places you among the top 10% of earners in Morocco, and combined with a cost of living far below Mexico, Europe, or North America, it means real purchasing power and a genuinely comfortable life.
