Key Responsibilities
1. Server & Hardware Maintenance: Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and emergency repair for physical servers, storage devices and related IDC infrastructure.
2. Network Device Debugging: Configure, maintain and debug network switches, routers and other network equipment; resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure smooth data transmission.
3. Security System Deployment: Independently complete the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Dahua surveillance systems and access control systems; formulate standard operating procedures for security device management.
4. Team & Project Collaboration: Cooperate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for project implementation; document technical solutions and maintenance logs regularly.
Requirements
1. Academic & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields; 1+ years of practical experience in server maintenance, network device debugging or security system integration.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in server hardware fault diagnosis and repair; familiar with switch/router configuration (Cisco/Huawei/H3C preferred); hands-on experience with access control and surveillance system installation is a preferred.
3. Practical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure; familiar with Linux system operations and basic network protocols.
4. Quality & Compliance: Strict adherence to safety operation specifications; good English in technical communication and document writing.
5. Soft Skills: Responsible, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and team spirit.
Work Arrangement
Working Hours: Normal working hours.
Travel: Occasional domestic or cross-border travel required.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
