Customer Services and Sales Representative

Location: Puerto Aventuras Marina, Mexico
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 2 days off per week
Salary: $17,000 MXN during the first training month. Base salary increases in Month 2 to $18,000 MXN, with a bonus structure added in Month 3.

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Puerto Aventuras. Our company culture is relaxed, but our goals and expectations are high. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, accountable, organized, and hungry for results.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in tourism, ideally with a tour operator, travel agency, hotel, or similar business.
- Sales experience and/or formal sales training preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills – MUST.
- Confident speaking on the phone – MUST.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish – MUST.
- Tourism industry knowledge.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Willing to work a changing weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service through different communication channels.
- Fast enough to respond to inquiries quickly, preferably within 10 minutes.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with leads.
- Sell,



upsell, handle objections, and close bookings.
- Work with direct clients, travel agents, and concierges.
- Create bookings, invoices, and payment links.
- Monitor payments, holds, and vendor confirmations.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Assist Operations and guests when needed.
