In this position, you will assist customers with their internet, connectivity, and technical service needs, while also providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting support.

What will you do?

- Provide customer service and technical support in English.
- Assist customers with internet and connectivity-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
- Assist with issues involving modems, routers, Wi-Fi, and other computer/network equipment.
- Identify the cause of technical issues by asking the right questions and following troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication throughout each interaction.
- Document customer interactions and the solutions provided.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 al mes
