The Role

Every driver who joins Daytrip completes an onboarding process before they take their first booking. You own that process, keeping drivers moving, holding the standard, and making sure the quality travelers experience starts here.

You will start on the document and pipeline side, growing into conducting video interviews with driver candidates as you build confidence in our standards. Both parts matter equally. But this is not a role where you show up and execute a checklist someone else owns. The expectation from day one is that you learn the process deeply, take ownership of your pipeline, and actively make things better. The person who will thrive here is someone who spots a problem before being asked and fixes it before it becomes a pattern.

What You Will Do

- Review and approve driver documents and selfie verification videos
- Follow up with drivers who have stalled in the onboarding pipeline, by message and phone
- Support driver candidates through questions and blockers at each stage
- Track your pipeline, flag drop-offs,



and surface recurring issues
- Conduct onboarding video interviews with driver candidates (as you develop in the role)
- Uphold Daytrip's quality bar as the final checkpoint before a driver goes live
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate how we work

What We Are Looking For

Languages (required): English with Italian and Spanish.

- 1-2 years in customer support, operations, or a coordination-heavy role
- Takes ownership, not just instructions, you manage your pipeline, you spot the gaps, you raise the issues
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in document review has downstream consequences
- Clear communicator in writing and on the phone, including with people who are stuck or frustrated
- Able to manage multiple candidates at different pipeline stages without losing track
- Process-minded: interested in making things better, not just following a checklist
- Travel, mobility, or logistics background is a plus, not a requirement

Note: The drivers you will work with are independent transport operators, not employees. You are qualifying suppliers onto the platform and making sure they meet the bar before they go live.
