We are currently seeking a General Affairs Senior Specialist to join our team in Pesquería, Nuevo León.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing administrative services, budgets, and external vendors.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support union negotiations and labor relations activities.
- Manage transportation services and third-party transportation providers.
- Develop, monitor, and control monthly and annual budgets.
- Oversee taxi service administration and cost management.
- Supervise uniform distribution processes and inventory control.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Manage cafeteria service providers and ensure service quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within General Affairs operations.
