Responsibilities:
● Draft and organize demand letters, medical summaries, case intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish.
● Manage communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages.
● Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including updating case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents.
● Translate and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
● Support with legal research and preparation of case materials relevant to personal injury claims.
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.
● Must be HIPAA-certified or willing to complete certification immediately upon hire (training can be provided).
Requirements:
● Licensed attorney in a Latin American country (will be performing paralegal-level work).
● Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
● Familiarity with U.S.
personal injury law and procedures is a strong advantage; willingness to learn required if not experienced.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $118.66 - $203.34 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
