Conduct daily MRP calculations and develop material requirement plans based on customer delivery dates and production schedules to ensure timely material availability.

2.- Follow up daily on material plans and purchasing progress to ensure materials are delivered on time.

Promptly identify and escalate material delays that may impact production schedules and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

3.- Check daily material kitting and supply status to ensure production lines have sufficient materials to start production on schedule.

Monitor critical and supporting materials and promptly resolve shortages or material supply issues.





4.- Coordinate material planning and follow-up based on the latest product status and promptly handle material-related issues.

5.- Regularly identify and analyze slow-moving and obsolete materials and coordinate with relevant departments on consumption, transfer, or disposal plans.

6.- Perform other tasks and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Manager
