About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter who will focus on hiring Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs). This role plays a critical part in helping us grow our mortgage team by identifying top talent who can drive production and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Assess candidates’ production history, licensing, and cultural fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mortgage Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants
- Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers - set up appointments
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment (mortgage, financial services, or sales recruitment preferred)
- Strong understanding of Mortgage Loan Officer roles and performance metrics (NMLS, production volume, pipeline management is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to assess sales performance and cultural alignment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
