This position combinescommercial management, customer interaction, project coordination, and industrial operations
. The role will work closely with customers and internal teams to follow up on services and projects, analyze information, identify risks and opportunities, and support effective business decisions.
The position requires regular interaction with the operation and presence on theshop floor
, with the ability to understand operational situations, identify customer needs, follow up on issues, and coordinate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on customer relationships, projects, and industrial services.
- Coordinate activities withOperations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other internal areas

.

- Follow up on contracts, commercial commitments, customer requirements, and action plans.
- Analyze costs, financial information, invoicing,



and project performance.
- Support commercial negotiations and the resolution of customer conflicts.
- Identify and follow up onrisks, opportunities, and potential additional business

.

- Support quotations and commercial proposals.
- Analyze contractual and commercial information to identify potential impacts and opportunities.
- Follow up on operational issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Prepare reports and provide clear updates to customers and management.
- Maintain accurate information and follow-up in internal systems.

Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Management, Business Administration, Business, or related field

.

- 1–3 years of professional experience

, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or technical services environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work in industrial environments and on the shop floor.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
