What is the role about?
This is an administrative position where you’ll communicate with healthcare providers, follow up on documentation, help resolve billing-related issues, and make sure information is accurate and up to date.
✨ What we’re looking for:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- English C1 or above — MUST HAVE
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and time management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative, customer service, billing, or healthcare experience is a plus
