What You'll Bring

Required

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in radiology, medical imaging, diagnostic imaging, healthcare IT, clinical operations, or a related environment.
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Experience with ticketing, support, clinical, imaging, or healthcare information systems.
- Understanding of radiology and/or diagnostic imaging workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex clinical workflows.
- Clear and professional communication.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to Have

- Epic experience or certification.
- Radiant experience.
- EHR/EMR experience.
- Experience with PACS or RIS.
- U.S. healthcare experience.
- Healthcare technology or consulting experience.
- Experience with radiology workflows, RIS, PACS, GE Healthcare applications, imaging systems, diagnostic services, and healthcare IT environments.

What You'll Do

- Support and analyze radiology and diagnostic imaging workflows within Epic.
- Support system requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Radiant.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.




- Work with radiology departments and healthcare organizations to understand imaging workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Support workflows related to imaging orders, scheduling, exams, results, procedure documentation, and radiology operations.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical and clinical teams.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, radiology staff, clinical teams, operational stakeholders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
- Help ensure that imaging workflows are accurate, efficient, and aligned with clinical and organizational requirements.
- Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and improved diagnostic imaging processes.
