Created to meet the modern demands of general trade and immigration, we offer an affordable, reliable, and easy-to-use process—equally effective for personal documents and international business needs.

About the Position.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Leader to manage and grow our outbound sales and telemarketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing business development campaigns, managing the Telemarketing team, and identifying new revenue opportunities across corporate, legal, immigration, educational, and nonprofit sectors.
The Business Development Leader works closely with executive leadership to transform strategic objectives into actionable campaigns, assign and monitor telemarketers, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize outreach efforts.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, analysis, team management, and execution.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Email Marketing & Cold Email Campaigns
- Build multi-touch, multi-channel outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn + phone) from scratch — you write the copy, you build the flows
- Own sender infrastructure: secondary domains, mailbox warm-up, SPF / DKIM / DMARC alignment, sending volume ramp, bounce and spam-complaint management
- Segment lists by ICP, persona, industry, and buying trigger; write persona-specific messaging (immigration attorney ≠ university registrar ≠ NGO program director)
- Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, first lines, CTAs,
and send timing — and document what won and why
- Maintain list hygiene: verification, suppression lists, unsubscribe compliance (CAN-SPAM / GDPR)
2. Retargeting, Nurture & Paid Demand
- Build and maintain retargeting audiences (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from site traffic, quote abandoners, and past customers
- Design nurture and re-engagement flows for closed-lost, dormant, and one-time transactional customers
- Partner with Marketing on landing pages and offers; specify what you need for a campaign to convert
- Track cost per lead and cost per acquisition by channel and recommend where to scale or cut spend
3. Cold Calling & Sales Development
- Write and iterate call scripts, objection-handling frameworks, voicemail drops, and qualification criteria (BANT / MEDDIC or equivalent)
- Build target account lists and identify decision-makers using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent
- Personally make calls when validating a new script, segment, or offer — you do not hand untested motions to the team
- Live-listen and review recordings; coach on talk-to-listen ratio, discovery quality, and next-step commitment
4. Conversion Rate & Funnel Analysis
- Instrument the full funnel and report conversion at every stage: list → contact → reply → meeting → opportunity → closed
- Diagnose where the funnel is leaking and fix it with copy, targeting, offer, or process changes
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards in the CRM, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Excel
- Present campaign results and recommendations to executive leadership with a clear scale / adjust / kill recommendation
5. Team Leadership (Player-Coach)
- Assign telemarketers to campaigns based on segment fit and performance
- Set daily and weekly activity and outcome targets; run pipeline reviews
- Coach on conversion quality, not just volume
- Enforce CRM discipline: every activity logged, every stage accurate,
every lead dispositioned
Qualifications.
- 3–5+ years in B2B outbound demand generation, sales development, or growth marketing — not general sales management
- Hands-on ownership of a cold email program: you have personally built sequences, managed sending domains, and been responsible for reply-rate and deliverability numbers
- Hands-on cold calling experience: you have carried a dial or meeting quota yourself, not only supervised one
- Demonstrated funnel ownership: you can state, with real numbers, the conversion rates and pipeline you were responsible for in a previous role
- Experience managing or coaching an SDR / telemarketing team of 2+ people
- C1-level English (spoken and written) — you will be writing customer-facing copy for a US audience and presenting to US leadership
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
