Job Overview
We are seeking a driven, bilingual Senior Care Advisor & Placement Manager to oversee client intake and match hired candidates to elderly clients. This role combines outbound communication, case management, and client relationship building to deliver personalized care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client intake process, gathering essential care requirements and maintaining accurate client files.
- Coordinate effective matches between hired candidates and elderly clients.
- Perform frequent outbound calls to promote services, check on client needs, and handle follow-ups.
- Utilize creative problem-solving and persistent communication to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Organize case details and multitask efficiently across active client accounts.
Requirements & Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish: Native or fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Elderly Community Interaction: Strong comfort level working directly with senior clients.
- Outbound Phone Outreach & Sales: Background in sales, staffing, recruitment, or customer-facing service with a strong phone presence.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
